As a Maintenance Worker IV at the Cross Cancer Institute, you will tackle highly skilled maintenance and complex repair tasks while guiding fellow team members. You will ensure compliance with standards by efficiently monitoring building control systems and responding promptly to alarms. Leveraging your knowledge, you will conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and facilitate effective communication with contractors and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor building systems and respond to alarms
• Conduct preventative maintenance on specialized equipment




• Lead and direct maintenance staff during shifts
• Perform emergency repairs and troubleshooting

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Technical certification or 4th Class Power Engineer Certificate
• Knowledge of BMS and Siemens systems preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft programs
• Safety certifications a plus
