Key Responsibilities:
• Address process control issues using statistical tools
• Develop quality metrics and perform data analysis




• Lead brainstorming sessions with QA and operations teams
• Conduct process optimization trials using statistical methods
• Ensure training materials reflect necessary process control features

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering, or Materials Science
• 3-5 years in R&D;, QA, or Engineering teams
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
• Familiarity with metal forming and machining processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
