In this pivotal role with Allied Properties REIT, you will perform maintenance duties across commercial and urban properties. You will coach team members, oversee tenant services, and handle both planned and unplanned operational needs. Your expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems will play a key role in optimizing operations for Allied’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor team members for operational excellence
• Train staff on maintenance procedures and equipment troubleshooting
• Supervise tenant service delivery and address concerns promptly




• Conduct inspections and repairs on mechanical and HVAC systems
• Assist in preparing building operating budgets

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in building operations and maintenance
• Solid experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Relevant certifications: BES I & II, 4th Class Power Engineer
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
• Robust communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
