Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent guest service. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, answering questions about ingredients and dietary options.
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues quickly.

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in serving roles.
- Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
