What You'll Do

As a Server, you will:

- Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable hospitality to every guest
- Guide guests through food, beverage, and feature menu selections
- Take ownership of your section and provide a consistently excellent dining experience
- Maintain strong awareness of timing, guest needs, and service flow
- Collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and leaders
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
- Support restaurant cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards




- Create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel genuinely cared for
- Help drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and upselling opportunities

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a restaurant
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Smart Serve Certification (required)
- Availability for days, evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service periods
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Knowledge of food, beer, wine, and cocktails is considered an asset
