Southside Grill is a small business in London, ON N6E 1L5. We are professional, agile, and innovative.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or issues
- Clear and reset tables for the next guests
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with food preparation as needed

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members




- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and making change
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet service standards
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality mindset to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Note: Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
