Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service for all guests





Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of the food industry
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cashiering
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally
- Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for accurate bill calculation and cash handling
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that emphasize guest services and upselling techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
- Knowledge of Korean and Japanese cuisine
- Speaking Korean is an asset
