We are looking for Repair Shop Service Advisor who will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and quality of our fleet. The Service Advisor will work with our service technicians in coordinating work and repair orders.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for opening work orders, describing clearly and accurately the specific problems and needs
- Scheduling all the service work through the shop, updating and managing service schedule in a timely and accurate manner
- Opening and structuring work orders, checking service and warranty status,



opening work orders as necessary and maintaining control until they closed and invoiced.
- Performing all other clerical duties and functions as directed by management in line with the objectives of the Repair Shop.
- Preparing estimates, labor reports and warranty claims
- Preparing labor reports on a timely basis and maintaining friendly and positive relations with customers and employees.

Requirements:

- Minimum one year in the Repair Shop Department
- Positive understanding of the motor carrier and warranty practices
- Ability and desire to work in a positive, fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and organization skills required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software
- Solid knowledge of the transportation industry is required
- Good oral and written communication skills with all levels of the company
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
