Position: Service Advisor

Wage: Starting from $27.00 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30am-5pm

Vision Truck Group is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at our Windsor location.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their trucks in for service. You will help identify their needs, prepare accurate repair orders, coordinate with the shop, and ensure that each repair is completed efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience
- Open and manage repair orders accurately in Hino Edge and Karmak Fusion
- Provide repair estimates and obtain customer authorization for service
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Review completed work orders for accuracy before invoicing
- Handle warranty documentation and claims as required

What You Bring:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in heavy truck or automotive service




- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with computers and capable of learning dealership software systems
- Knowledge of truck components and repair processes is an asset
- Customer service oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
