Role : ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Location : Remote (100% Remote)

Role Purpose:

Technical Consultants leverage best practices and domain expertise to design solutions that deliver desired outcomes. They ensure implementations adhere to the highest standards, translating requirements into technical specifications while aligning solutions with business goals. They support change management by creating adoption strategies and training materials, guide documentation processes, provide advice on leveraging ServiceNow, oversee unit testing, and share valuable insights with teams and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Expert in scoping deals, validating scope, supporting customers with technical documentation, and sharing customer successes to drive innovation for consistent delivery.
- Define technical architectures for long-term success, showcasing specialization and broad knowledge, playing a key role in story execution, reducing technical debt, and ensuring alignment on customer outcomes.
- Resolve technical escalations from junior ES team members with advanced product expertise and certifications, demonstrating leadership and readiness for senior roles.
- Coach and manage Associate Technical Consultants.
- Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
- Deliver ServiceNow solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
- Advise customers on how to take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve their business processes.




- Guide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution.

Qualifications:

- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 5+ years of experience as part of a skilled services organization; or equivalent education/experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Creative with comfort running projects and programs independently.
- Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
- Experience working collaboratively.
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow.
- Applies AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives under guidance.
- Understands core AI concepts, ethical considerations, and platform capabilities, and can explain their application in customer contexts with support.
