Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise team members during your shift, ensuring efficient food preparation, cooking, serving, and overall restaurant operations
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety standards and food quality excellence
- Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Support hiring efforts by participating in interviewing prospective team members and onboarding recent staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation practices across all areas of the restaurant
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Assist in training team members on food preparation techniques, kitchen procedures, and hospitality standards
- Monitor inventory levels,



assist with ordering supplies, and ensure proper food storage practices

Requirements

- Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or restaurant industry
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with interviewing and onboarding new team members is highly desirable
- Knowledge of restaurant management principles, including kitchen operations and hospitality standards
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as server, barista, or hotel staff is a plus
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
