A leading North American financial institution is seeking aTechnical Delivery Managerto lead Fixed Income technology delivery. This role combines strong domain expertise, delivery leadership, and team management, with a focus on ensuring stable, high-quality production environments and successful vendor partnerships.The successful candidate will bring deep Fixed Income knowledge, hands-on delivery experience, and strong communication skills to lead a small, high-performing team and manage key third-party platforms.This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, and the successful candidate will be paid via a T4 contract.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Fixed Income technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business prioritiesManage a team of 2–3 delivery professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and performance managementOversee production stability and ensure effective incident management and resolutionAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication across business and technology teamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including trading desks, operations, and senior leadershipManage and oversee vendor relationships, including performance, issue resolution, and service delivery (particularly Broadridge)Drive planning, execution, and reporting across multiple initiatives and workstreamsIdentify, track, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and issuesEnsure adherence to governance, regulatory requirements,
