SPG Canada seeks a agile Broker Solutions Specialist to join our Business Development team. This role focuses on driving adoption of our broker portal while promoting personal lines products across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador. You will engage directly with broker partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive active usage of the SPG Canada broker portal
• Conduct training sessions for brokers on products and systems
• Promote SPG Canada’s personal lines product suite




• Build strong relationships with broker partners and stakeholders
• Provide feedback and intelligence to business development teams
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in property and casualty insurance
• Experience in broker training or business development
• Strong understanding of broker workflows
• Confident communicator comfortable with presentations
• Valid driver’s license for regional travel
