Company Overview We are an established, growing pre-engineered metal building company specializing in commercial, industrial, and specialty structure projects. We are currently undertaking a major project in Southern Alberta and are seeking a highly experienced Site Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations with the potential for long-term engagement beyond this project.This role is ideal for a construction professional with extensive field experience in PEMB projects who thrives on supervising crews, coordinating trades, and ensuring that on-site work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Position Summary The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all daily on-site construction activities, supervising crews and subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and schedule. You will work closely with the project management team to support the project's overall success.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all in office construction activities and crewsCoordinate PEMB erection, trades, suppliers, and site logisticsEnsure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standardsMaintain daily schedules and report progress to the project management teamMonitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulationsConduct site meetings with crews and subcontractorsIdentify and resolve field issues quickly to prevent delaysManage site documentation,
