Victor Energy is expanding its Right-of-Way team and seeks a dedicated coordinator skilled in multitasking. You'll collaborate closely with ROW management, project teams, and clients, ensuring seamless processes and communication across environmental, GIS, and land activities. Your proactive approach will keep priorities explicit and projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate ROW activities and information flow across projects
• Manage action items, commitments, and follow-ups
• Maintain departmental schedules and planning tools




• Organize meetings and ensure follow-ups are executed
• Support project planning and mobilization efforts

Requirements:
• Experience in project coordination or related fields
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication abilities across teams
• Familiarity with GIS or ArcGIS advantageous
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License preferred
