Summary The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) supports the Store Director in delivering exceptional client service while driving sales at the Holt Renfrew Bloor location. The role combines client-facing selling responsibilities with operational duties including opening and closing the store and supporting day-to-day management. The keyholder enforces store procedures and standards to ensure smooth operations and strong commercial performance.
Responsibilities Achieve individual and store sales goals through high quality client service and selling
Perform and oversee opening and closing procedures according to company policies
Support day-to-day store operations and assist management with staffing and task coordination
Maintain organized stockroom and ensure proper inventory and loss prevention practices
Manage cash registers, protected procedures and timely bank deposits
Assist with visual merchandising implementation and maintain store presentation standards
Oversee daily store maintenance and ensure supplies and fixtures are properly maintained
Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely and appropriate manner
Requirements 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
Proven ability to drive sales and exceed individual and store targets
Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Commercial awareness, business acumen and passion for the fashion industry
Ability to implement and enforce operational and visual standards with attention to detail
