Make a difference as an Overnight Youth Worker with 360°kids in York Region. This role involves supporting youth impacted by trauma and human trafficking during overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM.

At 360°kids, we have been Delivering creative support services for over 35 years. As an Overnight Youth Worker, you will provide crucial mentoring and crisis support to unhoused youth. Key skills include trauma-informed counselling, life skills coaching, and active problem-solving to support each youth's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs assessments with youth and set goals
• Coordinate and facilitate life skills coaching sessions
• Provide trauma-informed counselling and adaptability
• Mentor youth and model positive behaviours
• Respond to youth crises and document outcomes

Requirements:
• CYW Diploma/Degree or equivalent education
• Experience with street-involved youth required
• First aid/CPR certification needed
• Valid G driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Proficiency in French is an asset
