Join Helical Pile Solutions as an IT Infrastructure Analyst in Calgary or remote. Your expertise will ensure the robust operation of our Network, Server, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure.

As a key member of our IT team, you will report to the Team Lead, IT Infrastructure, playing a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our systems. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise in infrastructure setup, server hardware maintenance, and monitoring system health. Your contribution ensures seamless operations across both on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical expertise for infrastructure setup and installation
• Monitor infrastructure health and proactively resolve issues




• Administer Microsoft 365 services and tenant health
• Perform installation and management of network devices
• Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Linux server operating systems
• Experience with Active Directory and cloud services
• Knowledge of security and backup systems
• Relevant IT certifications considered an asset
