In this full time role, you will apply your expertise to administer bookkeeping cycles and manage payroll processes. Your contributions will involve preparing essential tax documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory filings. As a key team member, you will also mentor junior staff, maintain GL accounts, and troubleshoot discrepancies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer full cycle bookkeeping for MNP clients
• Prepare T4s, T5s, and payroll filings
• Support and train junior bookkeeping team members
• Perform month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Liaise with clients regarding administrative matters

Requirements:
• Diploma in business administration or accounting is an asset
• Three years of full cycle bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in cloud accounting software like QBO or Xero
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop and Sage 50
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
