Role Overview As a member of the Ottawa Imaging Team, the incumbent is responsible for but not limited to ensuring that hard copy documents are tracked, prepped, scanned, indexed, reconstituted, quality assured, and exported to the client in a manner consistent with the standards outlined in the Statement of Work for all projects.
Responsibilities and Duties: Remain punctual and timely with all tasks within the established Imaging Processes.
Achieve daily targets as set out in the Project Delivery Schedule
Work closely with other team members to achieve project goals




Seek to eliminate waste and determine newer and more efficient ways to implement against a Statement of Work
Adhere to the policies, procedures, and privacy guidelines identified for both RecordXpress and all projects
Qualifications & Education: High School diploma or GED
Data Entry considered an asset but not required.
Archival or Document Imaging Courses and Work experience considered an asset but not required.
Skills and Experience: Solid understanding of computers and office equipment
Previous experience working in an Imaging Service Bureau is considered an asset
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail required
Written and verbal fluency in English, French an asset but not required.
Maintain a positive attitude while working closely with others to achieve common goals/targets
Natural ability to solve problems
Strives to find better ways to achieve improved performance
Ability to follow a process and do repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Shifts Available: Monday to Friday (Moring Shift): 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Job Type: Full time
Must be able to pass Government Reliability B and potentially Level 2 Secret Security Clearance.
