We’re looking for a high-energy, goal-driven Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind new opportunities—connecting with potential customers, building strong relationships, and fueling the pipeline that powers our success!
Location: 2200 Eagle St N, Cambridge ON
Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
What You Will Be Doing:
Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis
Complete a series of questions with the customer to determine how their purchase was, and any additional feedback they have that could help us improve our service moving forward
Understanding the buyer experience
Follow communication “scripts” when handling differenttopics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and book appointments
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extramile
Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensibleway
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitativetargets
What You Bring to the Table:
Outbound and/or Inbound call center experience is preferred
Track record of accomplishing targets
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage timeeffectively
High school diploma
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
High energy
Motivated
