REFORMD is seeking a dedicated and passionate Studio Supervisor to oversee all front and back of house operations. You will lead a team focused on premium guest service and ensure smooth daily operations. This role includes accountability for team management, studio presentation, and performance tracking to meet operational excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close the facility as the keyholder
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and staff briefings
• Manage FOH and BOH teams to enhance brand experience
• Administer guest services and recovery situations
• Maintain studio cleanliness and brand standards

Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service or hospitality
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented approach
• Personal interest in health and fitness preferred
