Become a Laser Field Service Technician with MC Machinery Systems, Inc. This role combines hands-on repairs and troubleshooting, primarily traveling to client sites across the US.

In this position, you will leverage mechanical and electrical expertise to tackle complex issues on Mitsubishi Machining products. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will engage with customers directly. With primarily regional travel, you can expect to stay near customer facilities during the week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to diagnose and repair technical problems
• Dismantle and rebuild machines as needed
• Troubleshoot issues via telephone when viable
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Document product issues and solutions comprehensively

Requirements:
• Associates or technical degree preferred
• Experience with electrical measurement tools
• Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to interpret schematics and diagrams
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel
