Boardwalk seeks an Experienced Cleaner to enhance the living experience in our rental apartments and townhouses. Candidates should be detail-oriented, driven, and able to work independently while contributing to a team. Cleaning duties include maintaining cleanliness in building entrances, elevators, and other communal areas to create a welcoming workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean building entrances, elevators, and offices
• Maintain common areas including halls and laundry rooms
• Perform touch-ups in vacant suites
• Assist with snow removal and basic painting
• Ensure effective inventory management of cleaning supplies

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years cleaning experience needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Ability to lift up to 90kg using proper equipment
• Strong communication skills in English
• Positive attitude towards teamwork and service
