Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Service Desk requests and resolve promptly

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 7 years of server administration experience
• Robust troubleshooting and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of VMware and Windows Server
• Ability to pass security clearances required
