Reporting to the Regional Director, Capital Development and Projects & Chief Project Officer, the Project Manager, Capital Projects and Planning is responsible for implementing approved capital planning projects as assigned by the Director, overseeing the planning, design and construction phases and liaising with various stakeholders, consultants and contractors to ensure operational requirements are addressed. The Project Manager is expected to resolve conflicts and is responsible for monitoring, controlling and reporting on project scopes, budgets, timelines,



and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager, Capital Projects and Planning supports the Director, Capital Development and Projects in the delivery of master planning initiatives, space plans and facility redevelopment planning.
The salary range for this position is $90,770 (min) to $113,462 (midpoint) to $130,481 (max) per annum, based on 1.0 FTE. Northern Health typically establishes salaries within the minimum and midpoint of the salary range based on qualifications, experience of the applicant, and an internal equity review of the salaries of other employees.
