A career as a Customer Service Representative within Equipment Financing is an opportunity to be part of a customer-focused and dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients, ensuring a high-quality service experience while supporting lease administration activities. You will contribute to driving process improvements and help enhance overall operational efficiency.
Your role:
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently and professionally
Manage incoming calls, virtual interactions, and email communications with urgency and accuracy
Perform lease administration tasks including generating a variety of quotes and processing terminations, verifying lease details, and processing documentation requests
Generate, review, and distribute lease documents in compliance with established policies and procedures
Maintain and update customer accounts, including changes to contact details, banking information, and lessee profiles
Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling customer and vendor information
Identify trends in customer inquiries and cancellations to support continuous improvement initiatives
Recommend process enhancements to improve internal workflows, products, and client experience
Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent and high-quality service
Your team:
This position is part of the Equipment Financing Customer Service team and reports to the Team Manager, Customer Service. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and collaborate closely with colleagues to support customers and maintain operational excellence.
You will contribute to a forward-looking team focused on delivering seamless service and continuous improvement.
Prerequisites:
High school diploma
French is considered an asset.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or office administration
Financial services experience or knowledge is considered an asset
