We’re looking for dedicated RV technicians willing to learn and grow within our family-owned dealership. No specific RV experience is necessary, but being handy, responsible, and skilled is essential. You will work on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more, while also assisting in mentoring newer technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
• Examine and diagnose issues in recreational vehicles
• Discuss repairs with the shop foreman or service advisor
• Provide labor estimates and monitor repair times
• Maintain documentation on client repairs
• Assist in training and mentoring RV tech trainees

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and Red Seal certification valued
• Understanding of federal regulations on hazardous waste disposal
• Commitment to honest and quality work
