Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily schedule of childcare participants
• Enforce Transfer of Custody Protocol for child transitions
• Monitor staff indoor ratios during lesson transitions
• Ensure proper outfitting of PPE for on-snow lessons
• Act as communication point for parents about schedules
Requirements:
• Active ECE License in British Columbia
• Minimum three years in professional childcare
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must pass BC Criminal Record Review
• Exceptional English communication skills
