As the Director of Centre Operations, you will drive consistency across AMA’s retail network, including Travel, Registries, and Insurance Agency locations. Your leadership will optimize operations, strengthen internal controls, and foster innovation through omnichannel service delivery, ensuring every centre reflects AMA’s brand values. This role reports to the Vice President, Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain operational policies and SOPs
• Ensure compliance in cash handling and inventory management
• Lead evaluations of brand presentation and operational excellence




• Coordinate with Properties for facility maintenance and safety
• Steward retail product portfolios and vendor management

Requirements:
• 10+ years in multi-site retail operations leadership
• Experience in Travel, Registries, or Insurance preferred
• Robust knowledge of internal controls and audit compliance
• Skilled in vendor management and margin optimization
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and integrity
