Schedule

Full-time: Operating out of our Elmira or Kitchener office.

Shift Structure: Specific shift hours may vary depending on the shift; role requires flexibility and the ability to hand off cleanly between shifts..

What You’ll Do

Daily Dispatch & Scheduling: Enter and verify customer schedules, assign drivers and equipment, and manage the Daily Load Board.

Communication & Support: Serve as the main point of contact for drivers, catchers, and processing plants. Send ETA updates to customers and handle a busy dispatch email inbox.

Problem Solving: Manage real-time disruptions such as weather delays, equipment breakdowns,



and schedule changes by adapting the lineup and coordinating with mobile repair or towing services.

Quality Control: Review and approve driver paperwork and load information for accurate payroll processing.

Collaboration: Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule preventative and running repairs, and provide detailed end-of-shift handoff notes to keep all departments aligned.
