Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Facilities and Properties division
• Liaise with tenants regarding leasing functions

Requirements:
• Certified Leasing Officer (CLO) designation preferred
• 2 years of experience in commercial leasing
• Understanding of real estate complexities and laws
• Robust negotiation and organizational skills
• Experience in property management
