Canada Cartage is looking for an experienced Lead Hand Truck & Transport Technician to join our maintenance team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help keep our fleet operating safely while supporting and mentoring technicians and apprentices.
Licensed Journeyperson / Red Seal Truck & Transport Technician or
Experienced unlicensed technician with 6+ years of applicable experience who meets apprenticeship eligibility requirements.

What You'll Do Lead daily shop operations and prioritize repairs
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on fleet equipment
Support and mentor technicians and apprentices
Coordinate repair schedules and shop workflow
Maintain shop safety, inventory,



and maintenance records
Work with Operations to minimize equipment downtime
What You'll Bring Journeyperson / Red Seal certification or 6+ years of relevant experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Leadership or mentoring experience
CVIP and Off-Road/On-Road certifications are considered assets
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
