In this role, you will support the VP of Human Resources and collaborate with line managers to address HR issues. Key responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, implementation of HR initiatives, and employee engagement strategies. You will also develop policies, conduct investigations, and create reports to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR guidance to management across all locations
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes and ensure transparency
• Implement initiatives to support organizational culture




• Conduct employee investigations and prepare recommendations
• Identify and address HR trends impacting company health

Requirements:
• University degree or related business experience required
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR or related field
• CHRP/CHRL designation is required or in progress
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Experience in a unionized environment preferred
