Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with operating slot machines, ensuring they understand game procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor the gaming floor to ensure machines are functioning correctly and troubleshoot minor technical issues when needed
- Enforce gaming policies and procedures to promote responsible gaming and maintain compliance with regulations




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area to uphold safety standards and an inviting atmosphere
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, delivering excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience
