We are seeking to expand our marketing department with the addition of a driven, creative, and reliable individual to lead social media management and content creation.

PRIMARY ROLE EXPECTATIONS

- Conceptualize and create aesthetically pleasing and engaging digital content daily across Mister HQ Group social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Manage social media channel engagement with local businesses, influencers, clients, colleagues, and community members
- Plan, execute, and schedule content based on new and existing marketing materials and strategies in an organized, communicative, and creative manner

QUALIFICATIONS

- Above all, the ability to be kind, creative, consistent, and flexible
- The ability to take aesthetically pleasing photos and videos on a professional DSLR/Mirrorless camera system and an iPhone
- Previous experience capturing real estate photo and video is a huge benefit.
- The ability to follow existing brand and content plans, strategies, and guidelines
- The ability to regularly conceptualize and create recent content and marketing strategies for social media channels
- The ability to write engaging, well-edited, and grammatically correct copy, short-form video scripts, social captions, emails, etc.
- Video Editing (Premiere, Edits, CapCut, DaVinci, etc.)
- Photo Editing (Lightroom, etc.)
- Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Website upkeep and maintenance (Squarespace)
- Conceptualizing and creating advertisements for print and digital publications




- Strong up-to-date knowledge of digital culture trends and the ever-evolving zeitgeist
- Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera
- Existing knowledge or interest in the world of interior design, real estate, home staging, furnishings, cleaning, etc.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with software like the Google Suite (Drive, Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets), Milanote, etc.
- Organizational skills
- The ability to work as a collaborative team player amongst staff across all departments by following instructions and contributing ideas
- The ability to take initiative, work independently and efficiently without regular instruction
- The ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with short turnaround and strict deadlines
- Provide regular updates to marketing management
- The ability to find stories and craft narratives within social content
- General IT knowledge is a benefit

Must have a valid G license and reliable access to a vehicle. Travel will be compensated at a disclosed rate*

EDUCATION

- Post-Secondary Degree in Marketing; Communications, Media, and Film; or other applicable related programs
- Secondary School Diploma*

JOB TYPE | Full-time

Starting at $23 - $25 per hour, based on skill level and experience. Rate of pay will be reevaluated annually.

- 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Benefits after 90 days
