With responsibilities that include managing resident communications, coordinating access, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a friendly environment. You will also need to implement property maintenance plans and assist guests promptly and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze AGI filings with financial modeling
• Prepare AGI submission packages for residents
• Coordinate maintenance plans with assigned personnel
• Maintain accurate resident databases in Yardi
• Respond promptly to resident issues and complaints

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• High School education preferred
• Interpersonal skills and effective communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Bilingualism is an asset
