This role requires a skilled supervisor to manage daily production across multiple areas. With over five years of manufacturing experience, you will utilize your expertise in MIG welding and vehicle assembly while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to meet production targets and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee welding, fabrication, and vehicle assembly workflows
• Plan labor allocation and prioritize production effectively
• Monitor quality and resolve production issues promptly




• Enforce health and safety standards in the workplace
• Lead, coach, and develop the production team members

Requirements:
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience required
• 3+ years as a supervisory leader in production
• Experience with MIG welding and certification preferred
• Proficiency in reading engineering and fabrication drawings
• Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills
