Cascades is hiring a Licensed Millwright in Vaughan. Join our dedicated team focused on safety and sustainability while performing essential maintenance tasks.

As a full time Millwright, you will ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance in a manufacturing setting. Your responsibilities include installing, repairing, and conducting preventative maintenance on machinery and electrical systems. You will work rotating continental shifts with a commitment to safety and quality every day.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, examine, and repair machines promptly
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor electrical repairs
• Adhere to maintenance schedules and optimize them as needed
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Maintain and test electrical motors and systems

Requirements:
• Valid 433A License and Certificate of Apprenticeship
• Relevant industrial maintenance experience
• Ability to provide personal maintenance tools
• Relevant certifications (forklift, welding) are a plus
• Must lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally
