As the Regional Manager for Indigenous Health Service Integration, you will work closely with the Indigenous Health Leadership Team and report to the Executive Director. This role involves management of the Indigenous Care Team and community partnerships, ensuring health services meet the community's unique needs while fostering an setting of cultural safety and humility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Indigenous Health service delivery integration
• Collaborate with Indigenous communities for health planning
• Ensure trauma-aware and respectful care practices




• Lead quality and safety initiatives across services
• Support management teams to implement desired changes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health or business related field
• Minimum seven years of senior management experience
• Deep understanding of rural and remote health needs
• Strong relational skills with Indigenous communities
• Knowledge of UNDRIP and reconciliation initiatives
