Join Skyline as a Full-Time Maintenance Technician in Owen Sound, Ontario. Focus on preventive maintenance while delivering exceptional service to our tenants in a contract role.

In this position, you'll be key in maintaining several apartment buildings. Your expertise will cover plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and standard upkeep in occupied and vacant units. You will also take on physical tasks like cleaning common areas and conducting monthly inspections effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete plumbing and electrical repairs in occupied units
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas like hallways and stairwells
• Inspect and prepare vacant units for current tenants




• Utilize ladders and power tools for various maintenance tasks
• Submit detailed maintenance logs and time sheets

Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ experience in HVAC and building maintenance
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Strong computer skills in Word and Excel
• Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
