In this full-time, year-round position, you will spend most days working high in the tree canopy. Drawing on your climbing experience and horticultural knowledge, you will tackle tree pruning, removal, and equipment operation. You’ll also assist your team with job setup and cleanup, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prune, thin, and remove deadwood at various heights
• Install cables, bracing, and lightning protection systems
• Prepare and operate chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts
• Assist in job site setup and debris management
• Follow safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of climbing experience
• Certified Arborist or working towards certification
• Solid tree, knot, and shrub identification skills
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Valid provincial driver’s license
