CIBC, a leading Canadian bank, seeks aDirector, Strategic Initiatives to lead a portfolio of creative projects within the Chief Data & Artificial Intelligence Office PMO. You will manage 5–10 PMs/ coordinators, drive strategic execution, and foster strong relationships with executive sponsors.
You will thrive in a hybrid environment, spending 1–3 days on-site per week. The role requires leadership, cloud/data expertise, and a track record of delivering complex, data-driven initiatives.
