This position is responsible for designing, assessing and configuring job required learning curriculum and leading and/or participating in a variety of L&D projects related to learning. The Learning Architect position will support the centralized enterprise-wide LMS and ensure alignment between learning domains, leveraging expertise (i.E. divisional leaders, SME's, COE's and other stakeholders) in the organization to support configuration decisions.*Duties and Responsibilities*Lead and support projects implementing new job required learning in the LMS and enhancing operational system learning designsAssess and build job required implementation plans at an enterprise wide level and/or for specific learning domains; Assess current learning business processes of clients, offer business solutions and build appropriate configuration solutions with the goal of maximizing learner experience and increasing knowledge retention and provide versatile sustainable learning; Ensure learning solutions directly align business needs with learning best practices; Map the learning business requirements to SuccessFactors LMS module; Develop learning metrics,
