The Superintendent is Cando's primary customer liaison, and is responsible for the execution of all aspects of the day to day and long-term operations on the customer's site including safety, standard operating procedures, people management, training compliance, procedural and rules/regulatory compliance. The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $140,000.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSafetyLeads all initiatives related to Cando's Safety Management Systems such as employee efficiency testing and incident reportingEnsures compliance to rules and regulatory bodies as they relate to safetyLeads safe work practices; responsible for the mentoring of employees in all aspects of safe industrial rail operations and transloadingPlanning & Service DeliveryEnsures service is in keeping with Cando's vision and guides the team in developing and maintaining plans for continuing operations and continuous improvementEnsures the employees and/or subcontractors have the qualifications, understanding, skills, training,
