This essential role will collaborate closely with the CEO to craft and implement Annual Giving and Major Gifts strategies. You will be responsible for establishing donor pipelines, managing event logistics, and maintaining detailed records in the CRM. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute Annual Campaigns and Major Gifts strategies
• Build organized donor pipelines, segmented by capacity and interests
• Prepare action plans targeting various donor levels




• Cultivate relationships with donors and community partners
• Manage event logistics, communications, and materials

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Nonprofit Studies or related fields
• 3+ years experience in fundraising or donor relations
• Event management experience in fundraising campaigns
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent team-oriented and independent working skills
