Duties Perform skilled massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, including techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massage
Assess client health history and communicate effectively to understand their specific wellness goals
Maintain a clean, safe,



and relaxing environment by adhering to sanitation standards and organizational protocols
Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client preferences, and progress notes in compliance with privacy regulation
Stay informed about the latest massage techniques and industry standards through ongoing education
Skills Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients
Clear communication skills to explain treatment plans and listen attentively to client concerns
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt treatments based on individual client needs and feedback
