Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily CORE operations including staffing and scheduling
• Establish standardized monitoring, escalation, and reporting practices
• Recruit and develop a team of CORE Operators




• Monitor performance and document events across facilities
• Serve as a coordination point during multi-site operational issues

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum seven years in operations or reliability
• Experience in centralized operations or control rooms
• Knowledge of SCADA systems and operational reporting tools
• Robust leadership and analytical skills
