Our Place Society seeks a Community Centre Team Lead to support staff through orientation, training and day-to-day guidance. You will foster a trauma-informed, inclusive setting and coordinate with the Community Centre, Street Outreach and Hygiene teams.
You will respond to medical emergencies, assist in scheduling, and help align services with OPS values while maintaining safety and dignity for service users.
