Grainger in Edmonton, Alberta seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and emails, process orders and provide accurate information from our local site. The role offers steady hours, no weekend shifts, and a path to remote work Fridays after training with a hybrid schedule thereafter.
The position starts Oct 5, 2026, with an 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM MST, Monday to Friday. After six months, a hybrid mode becomes three days onsite and two days remote.
